• Exchanges, returns, and cancellations can only be requested after payment is completed.
• Once the order status is marked as “Preparing for Shipment,” cancellation, exchange, and refund requests will no longer be available.

    [Exchange / Return Guidelines]

• All exchanges and returns are processed after product inspection.
• Items showing any signs of wear will not be eligible for exchange or return.
• Products must be returned in their original condition, including tags and packaging, without any damage.

    [Exchange / Return Shipping Fees]

• Return due to change of mind: Customers are responsible for submitting the return request and covering the return shipping cost.
• Exchange due to change of mind: A round-trip shipping fee of USD 150 will be charged.

• After pickup, inspection may take 1–3 business days, and refunds will be processed accordingly.

• Size measurements may vary depending on the product and measuring method.
• A difference of 1–3cm is within the acceptable tolerance and will not be considered a defect.
