[Flocking Item Care Notice]

Flocking is a technique where fine fibers are adhered to the surface to create a texture similar to velvet.
Due to this characteristic, the fibers may temporarily flatten or appear smudged when exposed to water, moisture, or pressure.
Please note that this is a natural feature of the material and not a product defect.

[Restoration After Washing]

1. After washing, gently remove excess water and hang the item on a hanger to air dry naturally.
2. Once fully dry, lightly shake the garment and use a lint roller or soft brush to smooth any clumped fibers, restoring the original texture.

[Precautions]

• Do not use a tumble dryer
• Avoid strong friction or twisting
• Do not use bleach or wash in high temperatures

• To preserve the original shape of the product, we recommend hand washing in cold water.
  
• Color bleeding or transfer may occur during washing. Please wash separately in cold water, away from other colored items.
  
  • Repeated friction during wear may cause natural fading or color loss in certain areas.
  • Do not machine dry, as high temperatures or heat drying may cause significant shrinkage or deformation.
  • Please note that damages caused by consumer mishandling are not eligible for compensation. Be sure to follow the above instructions.

Fees

• Change of mind / Wrong size selection: Round-trip shipping fee borne by the customer

• Domestic round-trip shipping fee: ₩7,000

• International round-trip shipping fee: $150

• If the product is defective or the brand is at fault, the round-trip shipping fee will be covered by the brand
