• Dry clean only. Do not tumble dry, wring, or bleach.
• Do not machine dry. Exposure to high temperatures or hot air during drying may cause significant shrinkage or deformation.
• Please follow the care instructions carefully. We are unable to provide compensation for damage caused by improper care or consumer negligence.
• The pocket opening is temporarily stitched to maintain its shape.
  Before wearing, carefully remove the stitching with small scissors, taking care not to damage the fabric.

Please note that returns and exchanges may not be accepted in the following cases:

• Natural signs of wear, such as pilling, friction, or stretching that occur after wear or use
• Shrinkage, deformation, color transfer, fading, or damage caused by improper washing or care
• Stains, odors, makeup marks, or other signs of use that occur during wear or use
• Minor variations such as slubs, texture differences, or wrinkles resulting from the characteristics of the material or manufacturing process
• Damage or deformation caused by improper handling or customer negligence
• Items with tags removed, altered, repaired, or modified in any way

Please inspect the item carefully upon receipt and before wearing or washing it.

Whether an item is considered defective will be determined after reviewing the product, taking into consideration the characteristics of its materials and construction. Returns and exchanges may be restricted for issues caused by improper care, customer negligence, or the inherent characteristics of the product.

Fees

• Change of mind / Wrong size selection: Round-trip shipping fee borne by the customer

• Domestic round-trip shipping fee: ₩7,000

• International round-trip shipping fee: $150

• If the product is defective or the brand is at fault, the round-trip shipping fee will be covered by the brand

Refund Process

• Refunds will be processed within 1–3 business days by the card issuer after the returned item is received
